There are standard shock devices/apparatus having a shacking capacity of 30 kgs and 5.000 kgs. Mini Shock devices are especially designed in view of industrial kitchen areas. These are the systems that make very fast shocking by the help of special ceiling type shock evaporators. They have the capacity of making shock directly through its guides without any blowing over the product. The special shock-evaporators with feet are used in big shock devices. By means of these evaporators, necessary air speed is achieved in a direct and homogenous manner. These are the systems making shocks between 2 and 12 hours dependent upon the product amounts. The safety of product, human and machinery is ensured by means of high safety equipment.

WATER COOLED COOLING MACHINES FOR SHIPS
These are cold chamber devices that are especially manufactured for use on ships
and suitable to function or be operated at + 5/-25°C temperatures. They consist
of two semi-hermetic compressors and one of these compressors has a spare. The
filter for seawater and special type condensers resistant against seawater and
special type epoxy coated evaporators are used. They are manufactured at different
capacities ranging between 5.900 W and 71.300 W.
