The Company continues its operations at its plant employing a total of 33 personnel at its plant located in Istanbul involving in the production, installation and undertaking fields related to the cooling devices. It offers long-life and reliable solutions with its standard machinery and engineering approaches at the commercial and industrial processes with relation to the field of cooling.

Refmac Soğutma Sistemleri (Cooling Systems) that offers its products to various parts of the world with great self-confidence exports its articles to the countries ranging from the European countries, mainly Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom up to the United States of America, Russia, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Georgia and so on.
Refmac that is also engaged in undertaking projects in industrial cooling fields offers its services with its authorized sellers and service firms in abroad, namely, The United Kingdom, Germany, Georgia, Bulgaria and Azerbaijan.

REFMAC that is engaged in the production on the basis of the European assurance norms (CE) and certified it with the German TÜV certification is about to complete the quality assurance works related to Bureau Veritas Quality International and ISO9000-2001 standards. Additionally, the Company takes place in the projects of cold chain systems in Russia and neighboring countries through a GOST certificate that it obtained on regional basis.

All spare parts used by the Company in its projects are of an international quality and standard in their classification.
In addition to the electrical equipment such as transformer, tension protection relay, phase loss relay etc., used for human, machinery and environmental safety, they are tested at the plant through 22 mechanic and electronic tests applied for every machine and offered to the user in its special packaging.
