It is the sole standard manufacturer of process devices, used at the product-processing department. The Company, apart from normal and tropical devices, manufactures machines especially utilizable in warm climates with its sahara-type devices that are in conformity with the operation under the external weather conditions of 50°C. It increases both the device performance and instructs the user through the controls such as fan control, door-open alarm, high and low temperature alarms by means of smart system used. Thus, a significant energy saving is achieved and as a consequence, output is augmented. The Company manufactures devices that remain below the European norms as to noise matter. Refmac offers alternative engineering solutions in the re-designing process by taking some kinds of special conditions for the production of industrial cooling devices due to be utilized in different processes such as central system, remote observation systems, capacity-controlled systems.

The Smart Warning System that is valid at every cooling device provides opportunity of carrying out main controls with the user. The alternatives such as high or low temperature alarm, alarm indicating that the cold-chamber door is left open, high pressure alarm, compressor fault alarm, condenser cleaning warning alarm and so on, constitute a high safety standard for the protection of the cooling device.

The central system program, offered by us as optional, ensures the observation of cold chambers and cooling devices at desired number at the places where they are in use, through a main computer and in the meantime, the change of their adjustments (resetting).

This system through a remote-observation program may be followed up by our Central Service as well. By means of this program that is especially requested by hotels, restaurants, catering firms and so on that contain plenty of rooms and are of high working capacity, the possible technical problems may be determined from the center in advance and necessary contribution is made for the work of the enterprise with high productivity by an intervention made in advance.
